Helparound helps pharma hubs improve patient service using the power of mobile. The onboarding flow redesign was created with the intent of driving users to register in the app through a smooth and lean flow that captures the data from the patient without turning them away with a long and exhausting process.
To minimize bounce rates, a number of the questions were moved to a later stage in the app flow.
