As the UX/UI designer for Google's Site Kit WordPress plugin, I focused on creating a better experience for users integrating Google's services. My primary contribution involved optimizing the plugin setup flow to reduce friction during the initial integration of key services like Analytics, Search Console and other Google services. I also redesigned key components of the main dashboard, transforming them into a clear, actionable overview of site performance metrics that directly supports users in tracking progress toward the goals defined during the plugin setup flow.
