UX/UI redesign of the app’s onboarding flow. Helparound uses the power of mobile to help pharma hubs improve patient services. The purpose of the onboarding flow redesign was to drive more users to register in the app through a smooth and lean flow that captures the necessary input needed from the patient without turning away the user due to a long and exhausting flow. Many of the questions were moved to a later stage in the app flow to minimize bounce rates.
